How to Prepare Your Inclusions

Breastmilk:
Triple bag in breastmilk storage bags or ziplock bags.
Do not send more than an ounce, it can bust in transit.
Do not mail frozen milk as it can puncture the bags during shipping.
Do not package and mail milk until it is at room temp to prevent condensation from ruining your package.
Milk storage bags are ideal. However if using ziplock bags, please triple bad and tape shut.
Milk must always be triple bagged when shipped in milk bags or ziplock bags.
Do not use bottles or contianers as they may bust open.
If you are sending more than one milk sample, please label each milk and what design you want each included in. If the items are to be mixed for your item, please mix them before sending.

Cremains:
Cremains HAVE to be shipped with USPS through priority mail. They need to be in a sift proof container. The USPS also has cremated remains kits to purchase.

Hair:
Please tie a string around the hair to keep it together and not falling all around the bag.
Left over hair will not be sent back.
There is no guarantee on final placement of hair, it will naturally do what it is going to do.

All other inclusions:
Double bag in ziplock freezer bags. This will ensure that possible leaks are contained within the bags.

Packaging and Labeling Instructions

Please write your first and last name on the outer bag of all inclusions.
Do not send inclusions in envelope with stamps and by just sticking in the mail. The package will arrive damaged or destroyed. Please take it to a certified postage center so it is properly labeled and weighed.
