Final Sale & Prepaid Orders:
All purchases are final and must be paid for in full before processing unless otherwise discussed.
You have a one-month window from the date of purchase to send in your personalization items. ( such as breastmilk, cremains, hair, etc.)
For example: If you place an order on June 6, 2025, we must receive your personalization items by July 6, 2025.
Failure to send these items within 30 days may result in your order being canceled or discontinued.
If your inclusions have not been recieved within one year of purchase, your order will be canceled without a refund. If your order is canceled due to a year of inactivity, please contact us within one week to arrange for the immediate shipment of your inclusions.
Liability Disclaimer:
The Womb Co, and our employees and owners are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues during shipment of products to or from us. Please ensure you do not send your last remaining ounces of milk, cremains, hair, etc., as rare shipping mishaps can occur. We are not liable for damages or losses caused by fire, flood, theft, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. All shipments must be sent with a tracking number.
Refunds & Returns:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders, including if the item is out of stock or discontinued.
Due to the custom nature of each product, returns are not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us, and for an additional fee, we can remake your piece.
Order Changes:
Once your inclusions (milk, cremains, hair, etc.) have been shippped to us, changes to your order cannot be accommodated.
Processing Time:
Our typical processing time is up to 12 weeks after receiving your personalization items.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping labels will be generated on Sundays for that week's orders. While your order may be processed on Saturday, it will show as shipped on Sunday. If the shipping date changes for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You can track the status of your order.
Rush Orders:
A $50 fee applies for rush orders, reducing processing time from 6 weeks to 2-4 weeks. You can add this option later.
Overnight shipping is also available to faster delivery (excluding 14k gold jewelry and birthstone rings)
Product Warranty:
We offer a 6-month replacement guarantee for natural wear and tear on all items. This guarantee does not cover wear of colored plating beyond the first week.
Items must be returned for inspection before replacements can be processed. If your item's care instructions have not been followed, there may be a repair fee.
Ring Sizing:
Our rings are true to size. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend having your finger sized at a local jewelry store.
Inclusion Shipping Guidelines:

Jewelry Care Instructions:
To keep your jewelry in the best condition, clean and polish it with a soft cloth.
Avoid getting jewelry wet- remove it when washing hands, dishes, or swimming. Soaps, chemicals, and cleaning products can damage the metals and stones.
Store your jewelry in a safe place and avoid contact with perfumes.
Remove jewelry before excercise, sleeping, or exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
FAQs:
Can I use old, frozen, or spoiled milk to make jewelry?
Yes, as long as it it not moldy upon arrival. We can still preserve and use older and frozen milk to make jewelry.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! contact us via email at [email protected] or one of our business social media pages to discuss your custom design. Please note that quotes for custom orders are based on the time and work required to bring your vision to life, and turnaround times may vary.

How long will my jewelry last?
Our DNA stones are made from high quality resin, which can last many years with the proper care.
However resin is not as durable as natural gemstones and may scratch or dull over time. If necessary, we can apply a new topcoat for a small fee.
Sterling silver jewelry is durable and can last a lifetime with care. Silver may tarnish in humid conditions, but polishing with a soft cloth should restore its shine.
Plated sterling silver will eventually wear off due to regular use. This process can take months or even years, depending on the type of jewelry and wear. Rings tend to lose plating faster due to frequent friction. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of plating over time.
Will my Sterling Silver ring turn my finger green?
Our stereling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% brass, which should not cause discoloration unless you have an allergy.
